When we think of movement we often think of some kind of special skill or performance - something a bit impressive - but daily life is mostly lived through ordinary movements. These too are skills. Through them we can feel easy and effective or we can feel a sense of strain and discomfort. This series of 5 classes invites you into a gentle organic process of discovery through which you can learn easier ways of being in the world with a body.

Following simple slow movement sequences, dropping into
sensation, giving time and space for awareness of the body and reflective experience -
Awareness Through Movement lessons allow you to settle into physical states- and states of mind - that are softer and more responsive but at the same time more grounded and resilient.
